RINA is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to join its Onshore Structures group, delivering complex design and analysis for chemical, petrochemical, and industrial clients.

The role may be based in any US office (IL, TX, OH, MA) with remote options for other US locations. Responsibilities include technical leadership, project execution, and client interaction within a quality-driven framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural engineering; MS preferred.
• 8+ years in structural engineering with design and analysis.
• Illinois SE license; PE in other states a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute advanced structural tasks across design, analysis, and verification.
• Provide day-to-day technical guidance and coordinate tasks within teams.
• Ensure compliance with quality systems and regulatory standards.
• Interface with clients and stakeholders; support meetings and design reviews.
• Support site inspections and construction-phase engineering.
