Qualifications

• PE license required; SE license preferred.
• 8+ years progressive structural engineering experience with leadership of complex projects.
• Strong project management and client interaction skills.
• Proficiency with structural analysis/design software and codes (IBC, ASCE, ACI, AISC).

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, and execution of structural projects from concept through construction.
• Manage scope, schedule, budgets, and resources.
• Mentor engineers and BIM professionals; drive technical excellence.
