Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil/Structural/Architectural Engineering required; Master’s preferred.
• 8–10 years of structural engineering experience with proven project delivery.
• Experience leading and managing large-scale structural projects.
• Ability to mentor junior engineers and designers.
• Strong knowledge of codes (AISC, ACI, ASCE) and structural design software.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and analysis of complex structural systems.
• Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and regulations.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, and execution.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Develop economical, high-performance design options and implement final solutions.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources.
• Provide mentorship to designers, junior engineers, and technical staff.
• Review and approve submittals, drawings, calculations, and reports.
• Conduct site visits to ensure construction quality.
