• Proficient with structural analysis software and Revit.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and standards.
• Excellent communication and mentorship skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural design and analysis for complex building systems.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Ensure compliance with codes and standards throughout project delivery.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Perform site visits and resolve field engineering issues.
• Review calculations and drawings for quality assurance.
• Utilize structural analysis software and support Revit modelling.
• Manage project deliverables and deadlines.
