Luckett & Farley in Louisville, KY is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to lead complex projects across building types. You will mentor staff, shape design concepts, and collaborate with leadership from concept through construction administration in a hybrid work environment.

You will own discipline design, manage budgets and staffing, and drive quality with a strong focus on design excellence, technical leadership, and client satisfaction within our ESOP-owned firm with a 170+ year legacy.

Qualifikationen

• ABET-accredited BS/MS in Civil Engineering with a Structural emphasis.
• 10+ years of experience with progressive increase in responsibility.
• Professional licensure as PE (SE preferred).
• Proficiency with RAM Structural System, RAM Elements, SAP2000, ETABS, Woodworks, and related software.
• Working knowledge of Revit.

Aufgaben

• Leads the structural engineering design effort for assigned projects with minimal supervision.
• Mentors junior engineers and designers, fostering a collaborative learning environment.
• Assists with developing project plans and budgets, including staffing and resources.
• Sets discipline milestones, deadlines, and targets; monitors adherence and profitability.
• Represents the firm in markets and coordinates with clients and internal teams.
