Qualifications

• 10+ years of structural design experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering with structural emphasis is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design effort and oversee Construction Documents (drawings, specs, calculations).
• Coordinate with Construction personnel and VDC to develop constructible 3D models.
• Review and approve documents ensuring compliance with project specs and codes.
• Prepare calculations and estimates; identify scope changes via change notifications.
• Interface with clients, vendors, and internal teams to resolve design issues.
• Maintain constructability, quality, and timely delivery of design packages.
