Job summary

Farnsworth Group, Inc. seeks a Senior Structural Engineer to join our experienced group and help lead growth in the western region, including CO, TX, AZ, and surrounding states.

You will perform structural analysis and design, develop construction documents, and coordinate with project teams across multiple sites. The ideal candidate has a Civil/Architectural Engineering degree with a structures emphasis and 8+ years of experience; PE/SE licensure is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering with emphasis in structures
• 8+ years of structural engineering experience
• PE or SE licensure preferred; semiconductor/clean room or industrial structures experience a plus
• Experience with design and construction administration of steel, concrete, masonry or wood structures
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• Strong team player in a multi-disciplinary environment; ability to manage multiple projects
• Revit proficiency preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and design for building structures and related systems
• Develop construction documents and provide construction administration services
• Perform site visits, attend client meetings, and coordinate with the project team
