Job summary

Farnsworth Group, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Structural Engineer to join our team in the United States.

The role focuses on customer-oriented design and construction services nationwide and in the Western Region, with strong growth potential. You will perform structural analysis and design for various building and energy/industrial projects, develop construction documents, and provide construction administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s (required) or Master’s degree (preferred) in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering, with emphasis in structures
• 8-15 years of structural engineering experience
• Professional Engineer (PE) or Structural Engineer (SE) licensure preferred
• Experience with design and construction administration of building structures, preferably both new construction and renovation of existing structures
• Experience designing with steel, concrete, masonry or wood
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• Strong team player in a multi-disciplinary environment that can manage and contribute to several projects simultaneously
