Job summary

Farnsworth Group, a nationally recognized architectural engineering and surveying firm, seeks a Sr. Structural Engineer to join our team in Colorado. You will contribute to growth in the western region with primary focus CO/TX/AZ and related expansion efforts.

The role requires a PE or SE licensure and 8+ years of structural experience, with proficiency in Revit and strong client-facing communication. Hybrid work options are available across multiple offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering with emphasis in structures.
• 8+ years of structural engineering experience.
• PE or SE licensure preferred.
• Experience with design and construction administration of semiconductor/clean room and/or industrial structures a plus.
• Experience designing with steel, concrete, masonry or wood.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong team player in a multi-disciplinary environment managing several projects.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and design for building structures and related systems.
• Develop construction documents and provide construction administration services.
• Perform site visits, attend client meetings, and coordinate with the project team.
