Stanley Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to lead complex transportation, industrial, energy, and federal projects. You will guide structural design, mentor teams, and coordinate across disciplines to deliver robust infrastructure solutions.

This senior role emphasizes technical leadership, client engagement, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams across the United States. The position supports work-life balance in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a structural emphasis.
• 8+ years of experience in structural engineering.
• Experience with government design standards (UFC, UFGS).
• Proven lead on multiple projects with structural design in concrete and steel.
• Strong knowledge of ICC Codes, ASCE, ACI, and AISC.
• Experience with federal design standards (UFC, UFGS).
• Experience with foundation systems including spread footings, mats, slabs, drilled piers.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural design for buildings and major facilities.
• Coordinate structural with other disciplines and interface with clients.
• Prepare reports, drawings, and specifications for projects.
• Mentor junior staff and manage project teams.
• Visit sites to monitor progress and ensure quality.
