Qualifikationen

• MS in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering from an accredited institution.
• 15+ years of relevant professional experience.
• 5+ years at the Project Manager level.
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license in Florida.
• Recent structural design experience for Florida DOT and local government projects.
• Experience with bridge design contracts, plans, and related standards.

Aufgaben

• Build and mentor a team to grow Florida transportation structural market.
• Lead staff on a range of transportation structural projects and plans.
• Determine staffing needs and advise on hiring.
• Develop strategic growth and market approaches with leadership.
• Prepare technical proposals and assist with RFQ responses.
• Manage project scopes, budgets, and schedules; report progress to the Group Manager.
