Job summary

Stanley Consultants is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to lead multidisciplinary teams on transportation, industrial, energy, and federal projects.

The role emphasizes technical leadership, collaboration, and delivery of design for critical infrastructure across the United States and beyond. A PE license or ability to obtain it within six months is required, with strong communication and project coordination skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a structural emphasis.
• 8+ years of experience in structural engineering.
• PE license or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.
• Experience with UFC/UFGS and government design standards.
• Lead multiple concurrent projects and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural technical design for buildings and non-building structures on federal projects.
• Support industrial and energy-related projects including foundations and equipment supports.
• Develop reports, specifications, drawings, and design documentation.
• Coordinate with EITs/designers for calculations and drawings.
• Visit construction sites to monitor progress and ensure quality.
