Job summary

Stanley Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to lead complex infrastructure projects across the United States, including transportation, industrial, energy, and federal clients.

You will provide technical leadership, mentor teams, and coordinate with multidisciplinary groups while delivering design and documentation for buildings and related facilities. Hybrid work supports work-life balance with significant project impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a structural emphasis.
• 8+ years of experience in structural engineering.
• Experience with government design standards (UFC/UFGS).
• Experience leading multiple projects and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in reinforced concrete and structural steel design.
• PE license or ability to obtain licensure within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Serve as structural technical lead for buildings and non-building structures on Federal projects (USACE, NAVFAC, AFCEC).
• Design for new buildings, renovations, and utility facilities.
• Develop reports, drawings, specifications, and related documents.
• Visit construction sites to monitor progress and ensure design intent.
• Coordinate with EITs and designers; interface with other disciplines.
• Lead fee estimates, scopes of work, and design schedules for proposals.
