Bala Structures Group in New York, NY seeks an experienced structural engineer with 10+ years. The role focuses on design, E.O.R., client relations, and collaboration with MEP teams.

Candidates should hold a structural or civil engineering degree, be registered EIT with PE preferred, and enjoy marketing and business development as part of the job. This is a full-time office role with one day of remote work.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Structural or Civil Engineering from an accredited school.
• Registered EIT with a focus on Structural Engineering; PE preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in structural design of buildings.
• Strong communication and business development drive.

Responsibilities

• Design and supervise structural E.O.R for buildings including new construction, renovations and additions.
• Provide consultations to clients and prospective clients for structural work.
• Support BALA's MEP departments on infrastructure and fit-out projects.
• Collaborate across diverse sectors such as commercial, residential, industrial, institutional and retail.
