Bala Consulting Engineers, Inc. is seeking a Project Engineer in Arlington, VA. This full-time role focuses on structural design, client consultations, and collaboration across MEP and various project types.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in structural engineering, a civil/structural degree, and PE/EIT credentials. The position supports a hybrid work model with one remote day and a solid benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Design and serve as, or work with, the structural E.O.R. for building designs of new construction, renovations and additions.
• Provide consultations to clients and prospective clients for structural work.
• Support BALA’s MEP departments on infrastructure and fit-out projects.
• Adapt to the varieties of business sectors such as commercial, residential, industrial, institutional and retail.
