You will perform structural calculations, prepare drawings and specs, conduct site visits, coordinate with architects and contractors, and mentor junior staff. The role is primarily remote with weekly in-office meetings, ~40–45 hours weekly, and a hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering or related field.
• 6–10 years of structural design experience on building projects.
• Experience with wood, steel, and concrete systems.
• PE license or progress toward licensure preferred.
• Strong communication skills and field-work ability.

• Design and analyze building structural systems.
• Prepare engineering calculations, reports, specifications, and construction documents.
• Work with wood, steel, concrete, and other building materials.
• Conduct site visits, field investigations, and construction observations.
• Coordinate structural designs with architects, contractors, owners, and consultants.
• Review submittals and RFIs during construction.
• Participate in client and project meetings.
• Support project schedules, quality control, and delivery.
• Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and drafting staff.
