Job summary

The Ash Group is hiring a Sr. Structural Engineer for our client, a high-tech aerospace and defense contractor delivering advanced tech for national security and space exploration. This is a 12-month contract in Englewood, CO (Onsite).

Pay up to $90/hr W2 based on skill set. Responsibilities include design, evaluation, and certification of complex metal and composite structures across payloads, aircraft, and space systems.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• FAA certification standards knowledge.
• FEMAP experience for finite element modeling.

Responsibilities

• Design, evaluate, and certify cutting-edge products and services.
• Cover payloads, aircraft, and orbital systems.
• Examine metallic and composite structures.
• Develop new products and processes throughout the product lifecycle.
