Job summary

Links Technology Solutions, Inc. is seeking a STRUCTURAL ENGINEER III for an onsite Englewood, CO assignment under a 12-month contract. The role covers design, analysis, and certification of defense systems and vehicle structures, with emphasis on loads, testing oversight, and cross-team collaboration.

You will perform steel, aluminum, and composite analyses, including additive manufacturing components, and use FEA tools (FEMAP, MSC Patran, Nastran) to substantiate designs and generate reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Civil Engineering or related field with typically 6+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the structural analysis and development of new products and processes throughout the entire product lifecycle.
• Examine complex metallic (steel and aluminum) structures, bolted joints, welds, and composite/additive manufacturing components.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to integrate structural designs into overall systems.
• Oversee development and execution of structural tests to validate performance.
• Review designs and author detailed substantiation reports.
