Description

This is an onsite senior engineering position supporting the Crane Clean Energy Center/Three Mile Island Nuclear Generating Station (Harrisburg, PA). The role involves structural engineering projects related to nuclear facilities, including design, analysis, and modifications. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, guide less experienced members, and work on projects involving materials, structural analysis, steel and concrete design, and seismic and wind load considerations. Travel to client sites and vendors may be required.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering with emphasis in Structural Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
• Minimum five years of structural design and analysis experience
• Proficiency with structural analysis software (e.g., STAAD, SAP2000, SAFE, STRUDL, ANSYS)
• Knowledge of design codes such as IBC, ASCE 7, AISC, ACI
• Excellent communication skills

Valued but not required: MSCE, experience with power plant structures, on-site construction support, PE or SE license.

Compensation Range

$78,400.00 - $119,850.00
