Responsibilities

• Lead a design team on projects to deliver structural engineering construction documents.

• Progress various projects through design, review, research, and coordination with project architects and other engineers.
• Provide feedback and develop staff engineers on technical design and understanding the impact of other disciplines on structural design.
• Review construction drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Assist with the preparation of detailed engineering reports and supporting documents.
• Resolve technical issues and interface with other engineering disciplines.
  
  

Essential Skills

• 8-12 years of experience in structural engineering.
• Registered Professional Engineer (PE) in Georgia or South Carolina.
• Experience with Revit and BIM 360.
• Client-facing experience.
• Experience with education, healthcare, and commercial projects.

Work Environment

You will work in our office from Monday to Thursday, 9 AM - 4 PM, with an optional work-from-home day on Friday. Training will take place in Indianapolis, IN for one week to meet and train with the team in person. Our corporate office is in Indianapolis, with additional locations in Savannah and Louisville, KY. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
