Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Senior Structural Design Engineer to join our growing international engineering team in Houston. The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Civil Engineering, 5+ years of experience with commercial/industrial structures, and a PE license (SE a bonus).

You will lead design efforts on large-scale projects such as stadiums, airports, and convention centers. We offer a competitive base salary, paid holidays and vacation, health/dental/vision coverage, and a hybrid work environment

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Civil Engineering with a focus in Structures preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant experience working with commercial or industrial structures.
• PE licensure required; SE would be a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Lead design efforts on large-scale structural projects (stadiums, high-rises, airports, convention centers).
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, compliant designs.
• Mentor junior engineers and support project delivery from concept through construction.
