Stanley Consultants is seeking a Structural Department Manager for our West Palm Beach, FL office. The role leads a team across transportation structural design, drives staffing, and collaborates with leadership to execute growth strategies.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in structural engineering, 5+ years as a Project Manager, and a Florida PE license, with strong client liaison and technical leadership.

Qualifications

MS in Civil/Structural Engineering from an accredited institution.
At least 15 years of professional experience in structural engineering.
At least 5 years in a Project Manager role.

Responsibilities

Build and mentor a team to grow Florida transportation structural market.
Lead transportation structural projects from plan development to completion.
Staffing and hiring recommendations for the team.
Develop and implement strategic growth and marketing strategies.
Prepare reports, schedules, costs, and designs for projects.
QA/QC on office projects and adherence to standards.
Meet with client management to resolve issues and secure approvals.
