American Construction & Concrete is seeking an experienced Concrete Estimator with a strong background in structural and building concrete construction. The role focuses on estimating foundations, slabs, walls, and associated concrete systems for commercial, institutional, and government projects.

Candidates will develop complete estimates including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor quotes, read architectural and structural drawings, and work with field personnel during handoff.

Qualifications

• Proven experience estimating structural and building concrete projects.
• Strong knowledge of foundations, footings, walls, and slabs.
• Experience estimating reinforced concrete walls and structural concrete.
• Ability to read architectural, structural, and civil drawings.
• Experience obtaining supplier and subcontractor quotations.

Responsabilités

• Develop complete estimates including labor, materials, equipment, subcontractors, and general conditions.
• Perform concrete, formwork, reinforcing steel, and labor takeoffs.
• Identify scope gaps, exclusions, risks, and constructability concerns.
• Collaborate with project management and field personnel during estimate handoff and preconstruction.
