Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of construction estimating experience.
• Experience estimating structural concrete strongly preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and construction documents.
• Understanding of concrete labor, material quantities, production rates, and subcontractor pricing.
• Strong math, analytical, and risk-evaluation skills.
• Excel proficiency required.

Summary

A well-established Bay Area general contractor with a dedicated self-perform concrete division is seeking a Concrete Estimator to support structural concrete projects throughout the region.

This role is responsible for developing detailed estimates, performing quantity takeoffs, evaluating labor and material costs, coordinating vendors and trade partners, and supporting projects from early estimating through buyout and execution.

This is a strong fit for an estimator with structural concrete exposure who understands both the technical side of concrete construction and the importance of producing accurate, competitive estimates.

Key Responsibilities
