Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive estimating experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple estimates concurrently.
• Experience in self-performed concrete restoration or specialty contracting.

Responsibilities

• Preparing comprehensive cost estimates by performing detailed quantity takeoffs.
• Developing budgetary estimates while defining and quantifying project scope.
• Leading bid review meetings with internal stakeholders.
