Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of estimating experience in structural concrete or heavy civil construction.
• Strong understanding of concrete construction methods and sequencing.
• Experience performing detailed quantity takeoffs.

Responsibilities

• Review architectural, structural, civil, and geotechnical plans.
• Prepare complete estimates for structural foundations and hillside foundations.
• Analyze project risks and recommend value engineering opportunities.
