Civil Design, Inc. (CDI) is a multi-disciplinary civil engineering firm seeking a Structural Building Engineer – Project Manager in the Collinsville, IL area.

You will lead building structure projects, manage scopes and budgets, and sign official documents as Engineer of Record. The role requires PE licensure, IL structural licensure, and 8+ years of building design experience, with proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.

Qualifications

• Lead structural engineering projects with scope and budgets.
• Registered PE and IL Structural Engineer licensure required.
• 8+ years building design experience and strong knowledge of materials.

Responsibilities

• Manage structural engineering projects by creating scope and budgets and coordinating design work.
• Act as Engineer of Record, signing/sealing calculations and documents as required.
• Perform structural analysis and design for building structures.
• Serve as primary contact with clients, contractors, and officials.
• Collaborate with team to deliver projects on schedule and budget.
• Contribute to proposals and engineering project development.
