Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil/Structural Engineering is required.
• Minimum of 10 years' progressive structural bridge design experience, with WisDOT project focus.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Wisconsin or ability to obtain via reciprocity.
• Strong knowledge of WisDOT procedures and project standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership on a wide range of bridge projects from concept through construction.
• Mentor junior staff and advance technical excellence across the bridge practice.
• Lead bridge design teams, assign tasks, provide technical guidance, and perform quality control reviews.
• Coordinate with clients, DOTs, and public agencies; participate in pursuits and proposals.
