Job summary

You will collaborate on structural analysis and design of various bridge types, lead projects, and mentor junior engineers while ensuring quality control and timely delivery. Ideal candidates have a civil engineering degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) with 5–10 years of bridge design experience, and a PE license is a plus; obtain

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering required.
• 5–10 years of hands-on bridge/culvert design experience.
• PE license is a plus; obtain within 1 year of hire if needed.
• Familiarity with DOT design guidelines and AASHTO LRFD.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a team on structural analysis and design of bridges.
• Lead bridge projects as the Bridge Task Coordinator, managing schedules and deliverables.
• Provide design and plan production support across offices.
• Mentor junior engineers and oversee quality control for plans.
• Develop memos, specifications, feasibility studies, and reports.
