Apex Companies, LLC is seeking a motivated Structural Bridge Engineer to join Forsgren, an Apex Company, focusing on Idaho transportation structures. You will contribute to design, analysis, and delivery of bridges, retaining walls, culverts, and related systems, mentored by senior engineers as needed.

You will work with ITD and LHTAC clients, preparing plans, specifications, and estimates while ensuring code compliance and high-quality solutions.

Competenze

• Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or related field.
• PE license or ability to obtain within 12 months.
• 5+ years of progressively responsible structural design experience.
• Experience in concrete, steel, and/or prestressed bridge design is preferred.
• Familiarity with ITD/LHTAC standards and design practices is preferred.
• Experience with structural analysis software (CSiBridge, SAP2000, LPILE, RISA3D or similar).

Mansioni

• Plan, analyze, and design transportation structures and prepare calculations/reports.
• Prepare PS&E packages and engineer's cost estimates.
• Perform bridge load ratings and structural modeling.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and clients for integrated solutions.
• Review shop drawings and provide construction-phase engineering support.
• Lead or assist with construction cost estimation and quantity takeoffs.
