Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise Development LP in the United States is seeking a Senior Manager Corporate Strategy & Transformation to shape enterprise-wide priorities, drive strategic problem-solving, and support the Catalyst transformation program. This role combines strategy with hands-on execution and exposure to senior leaders in Finance and beyond.

You will influence HPE’s long-term direction while supporting select initiatives and collaborating with business units to develop long-term growth

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional experience, including significant time in management consulting in manager role or above.
• Proven experience in large-scale transformation and corporate strategy.
• Experience managing complex stakeholder environments.
• Ability to influence senior executives and drive alignment across multiple functions.
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
• Familiarity with B2B technology industry or similar sectors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support transformation projects under the Catalyst program that deliver measurable impact across HPE.
• Drive pan‑HPE strategic priorities, including questions on growth, portfolio, and competitive positioning.
• Support business units and FP&A in developing long‑term plans and growth strategies.
