Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Corporate Strategy & Transformation Intern in a hybrid role based in Texas. You will work about two days per week from an HPE office and engage in growth strategy, enterprise transformations, and performance improvements.

You will perform data-driven analyses, prepare executive presentations, and collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Operations to shape strategic recommendations. This position emphasizes learning and development within a global tech company.

Qualifications

• Strong academic performance and interest in corporate strategy, management consulting, finance, technology, or business transformation.
• Prior internship, research, consulting case competition, or leadership experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supports strategic projects related to growth, market opportunities, competitive positioning, and business performance.
• Performs quantitative and qualitative analysis, including market research, financial analysis, benchmarking, and data analytics.
• Assists in the development of executive presentations, business cases, and strategic recommendations.
• Supports transformation initiatives that drive operational efficiency, organizational effectiveness, and business performance improvements across HPE.
• Collects, synthesizes, and communicates insights from internal and external data sources.
• Collaborates with cross‑functional teams including Finance, Business Units, Sales, Operations, and other corporate functions.
• Develops an understanding of HPE’s strategy, business model, technology markets, and transformation priorities.
