Job summary

Valent Partners seeks a Principal Consultant to lead design, execution, and delivery of complex client solutions. You will mentor junior team members, oversee account teams, and drive growth through and with client relationships.

The role emphasizes ownership, collaboration, and a results-oriented mindset across diverse industries. The successful candidate will collaborate with Valent leaders to grow the firm, participate in business development, and deliver exceptional value to clients on

Qualifications

• Minimum of ten years of applicable work experience.
• Experience leading end-to-end transformation projects (digital transformation, process reengineering, ERP, cloud migration, AI/automation).
• Experience managing client accounts including team leadership, delivery oversight, and senior client relationships.
• Experience driving business development and go-to-market efforts, including pursuit strategy and expansion of existing client relationships.
• Strong analytical skills linking technical solutions to business outcomes; cross-functional alignment.
• Experience coaching a team to successful outcomes and contributing to work.
• Previous consulting experience preferred.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
