Job summary

Valent Partners is seeking a Senior Consultant to design, execute, and deliver solutions for client challenges across multiple industries. You will engage with executive stakeholders, drive complex projects, and contribute to business development under Valent leadership.

The role emphasizes in-person collaboration four days per week, with a path to growth and mentorship within a relationship-focused firm. Salary transparency is provided with a stated pay range.

Qualifications

• Degree in a listed field or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years in program leadership, technology consulting, systems integration, or related role.
• Experience with technology implementation projects (digital transformation, ERP, cloud migration, AI and automation).
• Knowledge of change management frameworks, Agile methodologies, and project management tools.
• Strong analytical skills linking technical solutions to business outcomes.
• Software development experience preferred.
• Previous consulting experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
• Able to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and frameworks.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and deliver client solutions.
• Lead complex multi-threaded projects and streamline client processes and technology environments.
• Interface with executive stakeholders under Valent guidance to plan engagements.
• Collaborate with Valent leaders on business development and operations.
