Job summary

Valent Partners is seeking a Senior Consultant to design, execute, and deliver solutions for clients’ toughest business challenges. You will work with executive stakeholders, lead multi-threaded projects, and help streamline processes and technology environments.

In small teams, you will apply agile practices, collaborate across disciplines, and contribute to business development and firm operations while building trusted client relationships.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, MIS, Engineering, Economics, Finance, Marketing, CS, IS, or similar.
• Minimum of two years of experience in program leadership, technology consulting, systems integration, or related role.
• Experience with technology implementation projects (digital transformation, process reengineering, ERP systems, cloud migration, AI and automation).
• Knowledge of change management frameworks, Agile methodologies, and project management tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect technical solutions to business objectives and client outcomes.
• Software development experience preferred.
• Previous consulting experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
• Legally authorized to work for any company in the United States without sponsorship.

As a Senior Consultant at Valent Partners, you will play a critical role in the design, execution, and delivery of solutions for our clients' toughest business challenges. On a typical day, you will contribute to complex multi-threaded projects, streamline client business processes and technology environments, develop go-to-market strategies, or execute change management initiatives. You will work alongside clients and interface with executive stakeholders under the guidance of Valent account leads to plan and execute successful client engagements. Internally, you will collaborate with other Valent leaders to contribute to business development and operational activities to build the Valent Partners firm.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Valent believes in pay transparency, providing candidates with a reasonable estimate of the annual pay range for this role. This includes the range of factors considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to; skill sets; experience and training; certifications; etc. Each candidate's qualifications and relevant experience will play a role in determining where they fall within the provided pay range. A reasonable estimate of the pay range is $115,000 - $128,000.

In addition to base salary, Valent offers a profit-sharing bonus (based on the company's performance against growth targets) and an Individual Excellence bonus (based on individual performance).
