You will mentor junior team members, lead cross-functional teams, interface with executive stakeholders, and collaborate with Valent leaders to grow the firm.

The role emphasizes in-person collaboration four days a week and working across industries including energy, utilities, and travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in technology consulting, software development, or systems architecture.
• Broad technical experience across multiple languages, frameworks, and platforms, with a proven ability to choose and apply the right tools for the task.
• Experience architecting and implementing custom technology solutions
• Experience designing and implementing complex system integrations
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect technical solutions to business objectives and client outcomes
• Experience leading small teams and delivering successful project outcomes, while also contributing directly to the work being done
• Skilled at driving alignment across cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives
• Proven ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and frameworks to meet diverse client needs
• Previous consulting experience preferred
• Legally authorized to work for any company in the United States without sponsorship
