Job summary

Valiantys is seeking a Principal Transformation (TX) Consultant to help clients define, structure, mobilize, and realize complex business and technology transformations. You will partner with senior leaders to translate strategy into an executable transformation agenda, including target outcomes, roadmaps, operating models, governance, and value realization measures.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in management, technology, or transformation consulting with senior client-facing leadership.
• Proven leadership of large-scale transformations from strategy to value realization.
• Structured problem solving, business cases, roadmaps, workshops, executive storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Transformation strategy, operating model, and value: assess capabilities, define strategies, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
• 3PM and transformation governance advisory: design portfolio intake, prioritization, planning, funding, governance, performance management.
• Organizational change management and adoption: assess impacts, readiness, and integration of OCM strategies.
• Executive, stakeholder, and AI-enabled advisory: facilitate workshops, translate issues into decision-ready narratives, maintain AI fluency.
• Commercial, practice, and people leadership: shape proposals, monitor scope and commercial impacts, coach consultants.
