Highspring seeks a Senior Consultant in Strategy & Transformation for Financial Services. You will guide clients through major transformations, including M&A, carve-outs, IPOs, and new system implementations, with a focus on operational accounting, FP&A, and financial processes.

You will work with brokerage, insurance, and financial services clients, delivering measurable outcomes through multi-workstream programs, and partnering with senior leaders to shape roadmaps and workshops.

Formación

• BA/BS in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in Finance, Operations, or Accounting including client-facing work.
• Knowledge of brokerage, insurance, and financial services industry.
• Demonstrated experience supporting major transformations.
• Familiarity with PMO support and program coordination.
• Finance Transformation (Close and Consolidation, FP&A, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Treasury Management).
• Business Transformation (process optimization, automation, benchmarking).
• Willingness to travel at least 25%.

• Work within our Financial Services vertical, focusing on brokerage, insurance, and financial services clients.
• Deliver high-quality solutions that help clients achieve measurable results across major transformations.
• Support large-scale programs and multi-workstream initiatives, ensuring alignment and timely execution.
• Contribute to current state assessments and help build actionable improvement roadmaps.
• Collaborate with senior team members to execute strategic initiatives and transformation projects.
• Assist clients involved in major transactions (M&A, carve-outs, IPO), financial process improvement, system implementation, operational accounting challenges, and financial technology enablement.
• Participate in client workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and presentations.
• Apply industry knowledge to solve complex challenges and deliver tangible outcomes.
