Job summary

Highspring is seeking a Strategy & Transformation professional to guide clients through major transactions such as M&A, carve outs, and IPOs, and to lead transformation initiatives across FP&A, financial processes, and system enablement.

The role involves working with Fortune 100 brands and mid-market firms, building roadmaps, and delivering strategic advisory services. You will partner with business leaders, travel as needed, and drive practical outcomes that deliver value.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• 3+ years of client-facing experience in professional services or relevant industry.
• Proven track record leading major transformations for clients.
• Experience with PMO, Finance Transformation, and business process optimization.
• Experience presenting to C-level executives and guiding workshops.

The Team – Strategy & Transformation

Join a team of talented professionals with deep business and finance transformation experience to guide clients through major transactions (M&A, carve outs, IPOs), new system implementations, and organizational challenges. We help organizations develop business strategy and execute on transformation initiatives in the areas of operational accounting, financial process improvement, financial technology enablement, FP&A, and transactions.

Your Impact

• Work with a diverse set of commercial clients ranging from growth and mid-size companies to leading Fortune 100 brands.


• Deliver strategic advice and solutions to C-Level executives on how to obtain value from major investments and transformations.


• Facilitate client working sessions ranging from executive and board level meetings to large group presentations and requirements gathering exercises.


• Contribute to current state assessments of business challenges and build improvement roadmaps.


• Leverage a “roll-up your sleeves” style to develop and execute against clients’ strategic initiatives.


• Collaborate with experts and support clients involved in major transactions (M&A, carve outs, IPO), financial process improvement, system implementation, operational accounting challenges, and financial technology enablement.


• Support business development efforts across all stages (market analysis, client sourcing, relationship building, proposal development, oral presentations, etc.)


• Build and maintain meaningful relationships with clients at all levels that are based on integrity and trust.

Minimum Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related discipline


• 3+ years of client‑facing experience in a professional services organization, and/or highly relevant industry experience in Finance, Operations or Accounting


• Demonstrated track record helping companies undergo major transformations


• Functional experience with the following:
  
  
  
  • Standing up and managing major PMO organizations (particularly in a Scrum or Scaled Agile model)
  
  
  • Finance Transformation, including work with tools and processes associated with Close and Consolidation, FP&A, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, or Treasury Management
  
  
  • Business Transformation, including process optimization (BPR, Six Sigma/Lean), process automation (i.e. RPA), and performance benchmarking
  
  
  
  


• Prior experience working directly with and advising C-Level executives, including experience presenting complex ideas and facilitating executive workshops


• Highly effective interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence


• Willingness to travel at least 25% of the time

Preferred Qualifications

• Master of Business Administration (may substitute for business‑related undergraduate degree)

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law, Highspring believes that the following salary range reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure to be between the range below. The individual may also be eligible for a variety of bonus and financial incentives based on individual and company performance.

Base Compensation Range: $88,513 USD - $162,750 USD
