Metis Strategy, LLC is seeking a Senior Associate for its San Francisco Bay Area team, focusing on strategic management and technology-enabled engagements. You will analyze organizations, evaluate opportunities for improvement, and partner with clients to develop roadmaps to achieve future-state objectives.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of post-undergraduate experience in professional services strategy/management consulting.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, technology, or related fields.
• Graduate degree is not required, but considered a plus if in a relevant field.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and untangle complex scenarios with disparate data sources.
• Experience managing small projects or project workstreams with up to 3 junior staff.
• Proven ability to create and manage structured work plans to meet client expectations.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage and synthesize large data sets.
• Strong capacity to manage client relationships and communicate complex topics to executives.
• Business and technology acumen with examples of solving complex problems using people, process and technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead small projects or major workstreams within larger engagements.
• Manage relationships with senior clients and guide junior staff.
• Generate ideas, formulate hypotheses, and perform primary and secondary research.
