Metis Strategy, a management and strategy consulting firm, seeks a Senior Associate to help clients achieve strategic management objectives. You will lead small projects, partner with senior clients, and manage junior staff while applying analytical frameworks to develop actionable roadmaps.

You will work across industries on business and digital strategy, collaborating with thought-leaders and executives from Fortune 500 and Global 1000 companies, in a fast-growing, autonomous environment with

Qualifications

4–8 years of post-undergraduate experience in professional services strategy/management consulting
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, technology, or related fields
Graduate degree is not required but is a plus
Strong ability to navigate ambiguity and untangle complex scenarios
Experience managing small projects or workstreams, with up to 3 junior staff
Proven ability to create and manage structured work plans to meet client expectations
Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large data sets
Ability to communicate complex topics to senior client executives
Entrepreneurial spirit with action orientation and a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude
Proficiency with MS-Office; Tableau and Visio a plus

Responsibilities

Lead small projects or major workstreams within larger engagements
Manage relationships with senior clients and guide junior staff
Generate hypotheses, conduct primary/secondary research, and synthesize data
Develop client presentations and reports and communicate recommendations to clients
Apply analytical frameworks and methodologies to advise on strategic initiatives
