Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Resources leader to drive strategy, growth, and client delivery across Utilities, Chemicals & Natural Resources. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, shape transformative programs, and partner with C-suite clients to address digital, commerce, and sales challenges.

Responsibilities include aligning technology platforms with business needs, delivering high-impact engagements, coaching junior staff, and expanding value through cross-sell opportunities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in the Resources space (Utilities or Chemicals & Natural Resources) including market trends and challenges.
• 6+ years experience in consulting, strategy, or equivalent role.
• 4+ years experience leading multi-discipline teams.
• MBA or equivalent graduate degree is a bonus; large advisory programs in Resources are valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-stream delivery with primary client Contact and executive stakeholders.
• Translate client challenges into strategic programs across digital, commerce and sales.
• Coach junior team members and grow Accenture’s thought leadership.
• Identify opportunities for growth and value creation within engagements.
