Job summary

Stripe is seeking a senior product strategist-operator to support the Risk team. You will partner with Risk leaders and cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Data Science, Finance, Operations, and Strategy to identify risks and deliver measurable outcomes.

You will connect risk signals, data, financial performance, user impact, and product strategy. You will translate signals into priorities and drive execution to change trajectories and improve risk-adjusted growth.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in product strategy or analytics roles in high-growth tech.
• Ownership of a P&L or a specific business outcome.
• Curiosity about signals, trends and user patterns to uncover insights.
• Proven track record driving growth through analytics and execution.
• Ability to apply AI to improve decision-making with sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain metrics that matter for Risk’s in-year performance.
• Lead focused interventions to diagnose and unblock goals at risk.
• Translate long-horizon risk theses into in-year priorities and plans.
• Synthesize for leadership with decision-ready materials.
• Pressure-test plans with Risk, Strategy, Product, and Finance.
