Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years related business experience or MBA with 6+ years.
• 5 years related business experience.
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking and problem solving.
• Excellent communication (oral and written) and collaboration across functions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct deep analyses to evaluate opportunities for ADC.
• Research category and adjacent industry trends; include primary and secondary research.
• Collaborate with intelligence, analytics, market research, and ADC teams.
• Develop high-level quantitative business models and strategic options.
• Lead cross-functional working teams to gather input and drive analyses.
• Synthesize analyses in PowerPoint for executive meetings.
• Support innovation strategy workshops and planning sessions.
• Drive major portions of senior executive innovation workshop materials.
