Qualifications

• 8–10 years of complex program or project management experience.
• Knowledge of new product development methodologies and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to manage timelines, budgets, and resources across cross‑functional teams.
• Experience with GCP/Good Clinical Practice a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute detailed project plans to achieve program goals.
• Lead cross‑functional activities from concept through product launch.
• Ensure program requirements, cost, quality, and time‑to‑market objectives are met.
• Analyze risks and implement mitigation actions.
