Reporting to the Chief of Staff, Servicing, you will plan, support, and execute projects and strategies to drive revenue, reduce costs, enhance operations, and ensure regulatory compliance across the Financial Services division.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required.
• 10+ years’ experience in residential mortgage, commercial mortgage, insurance, and other financial products.
• 5+ years’ experience in areas within Financial Services (originations, insurance, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Support planning, execution, and management of projects and strategies to drive revenue, cost savings, and operations improvements.
• Define processes and technology enhancements; present solutions for consideration.
• Develop and track SLAs, KPIs, and performance metrics for all departments.
• Collaborate with Policies and Procedures team to ensure regulatory adherence.
