We are seeking a Sr Client Relations Manager to oversee investor relationships, drive revenue growth through retention and upsell, and contribute to new client acquisition through referrals.

The role emphasizes strategic thinking, data-driven decision making, and effective cross-functional collaboration to deliver superior client performance and satisfaction across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years' experience in client relationship management.
• 5+ years' experience in mortgage servicing and related processes.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships for a portfolio of investors and drive revenue growth through retention and upsell.
• Lead cross-functional projects and coordinate issue resolution to ensure client satisfaction.
• Provide data-backed insights on portfolio performance and client outcomes.
