Job summary

SafeRide Health is seeking a Senior Manager for Strategy & Insights to lead the AI transformation initiative. You will work with Operations, Product, and Data Engineering to define, discover, and deliver prioritized roadmaps that improve the contact center, billing, and claims processes.

You will manage a small team, stay hands-on with modeling and memo writing, and report to the Head of Strategy & Insights, with executive exposure and room to grow as the team scales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Economics, Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
• 7–9 years in management consulting, business operations, or product development, or a mix.
• Demonstrated ownership of enterprise-level, cross-functional programs with measurable outcomes.
• Experience managing and developing a team, including people who manage others or lead workstreams independently.
• Executive presence with range: run sessions with senior leaders and operational reviews.
• Deep analytical and technical fluency (Excel, Python, SQL).
• Track record in ambiguous environments with durable operating change.

Responsibilities

• Be the DRI for core pieces of SafeRide's AI transformation across Operations, Product, and Data Engineering.
• Map processes end-to-end, size impact in cost, time, and experience; turn into a prioritized roadmap.
• Build business cases and directives that act as a blueprint for AI investments.
