Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Senior Manager of Large Pro Strategy to drive growth for our largest pro partners by analyzing data, building business cases, and leading cross-functional programs. You'll own strategic priorities, partner with analytics, operations, and product teams, and shape initiatives that improve Pro performance across the Large Pro network.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional experience in consulting, finance, strategy, business development or operations.
• Strong analytical and execution background with data-driven decision-making.
• Management consulting experience at a top firm strongly preferred.
• Startup experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Independently own key strategic initiatives (or critical work streams within it) from initial concept through execution and success measurement.
• Steer quantitative and qualitative research efforts into financial and operational drivers of Pro success and inform decision-making.
• Build clear and concise presentations that summarize your findings and lead to clear recommendations.
• Program manage large strategic changes that involve many teams and span multiple months, building cross-functional buy-in and collaboration, and providing updates and impact to senior leadership.
• Proactively leverage GenAI tools (e.g., Gemini, Claude) to rapidly synthesize complex partner performance data and cross-functional insights, streamlining the creation of strategic proposals and materials, thereby maximizing time for high-value consultative engagement and driving partner growth.
• Work directly with stakeholders at the highest-value customers to help solve problems that unlock business growth for the company; develop strategies based on those learnings to apply across the Large Pro network
