Job summary

TodayTix Group in New York is seeking a Sr. Manager, Strategy & Corporate Development to drive TTG’s next phase of growth at the intersection of organic growth initiatives and M&A.

Reporting to the SVP, Strategy & Corporate Development, you will work with executive leadership to define org-wide goals, optimize our brand portfolio, and execute strategic partnerships and investments. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role requiring 3–5 years of experience in investment banking,

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in IB, strategy consulting, or corporate development.
• Strong financial modeling and scenario analysis skills.
• Proven ability to translate data into compelling executive narratives.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite strategic bets and coordinate resources across the portfolio.
• Support M&A evaluation, due diligence, forecasting, and integration planning.
• Negotiate strategic partnerships and investments in live productions and experiences.
• Maintain target pipelines and relationships with bankers, founders and investors.
• Prepare board materials on performance and growth opportunities.
